I Know What It’s Like to really struggle.
There was a time in my life when I felt like PTSD was taking over. It was ruining my relationships with friends and family, and I couldn’t connect with my partner. I felt alone, misunderstood and didn’t believe anyone could help me. That was 25 years ago, and to end the painful situation I was in, I went to counselling, and I researched the literature on PTSD. After developing the tools to overcome my own PTSD, I found new self-confidence, greater ability to connect with others, and I discovered a new sense of joy for life.
I know that it’s very possible to overcome huge problems, to gain greater self-confidence, to connect more deeply with others. I know that you can overcome with all kinds of difficulties in life when you get the right support, understanding and guidance.
And because I saw people hurting and stuck believing things could not get better while I knew change is very possible, I decided to become a counsel-lor and dedicate my life to helping people like you learn how to conquer the challenges in your life!
I’m passionate about helping you overcome the problems in your way, because I know how painful unhappiness, worry and low self-worth can feel. And I know how great it feels when you are able to heal from self-doubt, hurt, loss in a healthy way.
